The safety of all who enter The Canal House is paramount, therefore, we have partnered with industry-leading health and safety experts to ensure that we have all of the correct and best measures in place to make our venue the safest it can be and in line with government and scientific guidelines. Some of our additional safety measures include:

Below are some answers to your key questions…
Q: Can I make a group booking?
Yes, we are able to take group bookings from any number of households. You can make a group booking here.
Q: How do I rearrange if I or one of the group are isolating?
We understand that plans change or you may be required to self-isolate*, so if you do need to rearrange your booking our team will be happy to help. Bookings up to 7 guests can simply rearrange via the link in the booking confirmation email, and groups of 8+ can do this by contacting us directly on Facebook, email or phone.
Q: What are the symptoms that mean we shouldn’t visit?
Please don’t enter the building if you have any of the following:
A high temperature
Loss or change in your sense of taste/smell
And/or new persistent cough
